Proprietary Rights in Content in G-cardio.net

      1. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, profiles, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") on or through the Services, Users hereby grant to G-cardio.net, a non-exclusive, fully-paid and royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to sub-license through unlimited levels of sub-licensees) to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, publish, store, reproduce, transmit, and distribute such Content on and through the Services. You represent and warrant that: (i) Users own the Content posted on or through the Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of Content on or through the Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. Users agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted to or through the Services.
      2. The Services contain Content of G-cardio.net ("G-cardio.net Content"). G-cardio.net Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and G-cardio.net owns and retains all rights in the G-cardio.net Content and the Services.       3. Individual membership permits the User and Member to view G-cardio.net content, educational material and live transmissions. Users are prohibited from public broadcast, projection or display of any such G-cardio.net content or material without the specific prior written authorization of G-cardio.net. G-cardio.net and E-PCI Ltd reserve the right to provide Members with free membership of subscription membership sites operated by E-PCI Ltd, Asif Qasim Ltd, Comenplay Ltd and other member companies of the G-cardio.net Directors’ group albeit with the rights of the Member to unsubscribe from such services at any time. This includes the social network sites comenplay.com and G-med.net and other comen sites as well as professional cardiology or doctors’ networks.
