Commercial Organizations and Corporations can also acquire membership in the category of Institution and such membership must be approved in advance by G-cardio.net. Employees of Commercial Organizations and Corporations are not eligible for Individual Membership of G-cardio.net until such time as the Institutional membership of their employer has been approved. Commercial Organizations and Corporations must contact the G-cardio.net to authorize and approve membership. All other membership terms and conditions apply to Commercial Organizations and Corporations. These restrictions also apply to press and journalists

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while the Services are used or the User is a Member. Users may terminate Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Member's Account Settings page. G-cardio.net may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect.

G-cardio.net reserves the right to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If G-cardio.net terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees. Likewise if you terminate membership of G-cardio.net you shall not be entitled to any refund of your subscription fee.

When you register to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose your own password. Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and ensuring that other members do not use the account. Users agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose the password to any third party. Users agree to notify G-cardio.net immediately if they suspect any unauthorized use of the account or access to the password. Users are solely responsible for any and all use of the account.
